Family Reunion Car Show, 07/18/10 (now with photos)

This is Idaho's largest Volkswagen show, and it is packed with fun events to keep the whole family entertained. The family reunion not only has numerous trophy categories for the cars, but we also have cool raffle prizes, giveaways, contests, food/drink vendors and, this year, a special visit from Hot VW's Magazine.
Registration for Idaho's largest Volkswagen show begins at 10am. Do not show up early at the park or you will be turned away. You can join the Bus Pilots Association at the show for a yearly fee of $30.00. A friendly reminder to our long-time members that your 2010-2011 dues are due at this event.
Additionally, the Idaho Youth Ranch will be collecting new and used books on donation. Please bring a book to contribute to this very worthy cause!

A note for lowered-car owners:
There's a great drainage dip along the way. We've provided a "bridge" to help with lowered cars. Please take it slow. Fullsize tow vehicles- please go around it- it's not for 5000lb. trucks- it's for VWs. Unload your car along the way- but do not damage the bridge. If you cross it- check in your mirror that it is still in place for the car behind you. Thanks.

Hey Guys I just wanted to drop a note letting you all know that I am going to hit Vintage Meet this year to promote Dubtoberfest. I hope there are no hurt feelings. I will plan on returning to your show with my family in 2011 as it is truly a great event that I want to return to and share with my family. I wish there were more show goers from my club but its sad that there are only a few of us out of hundreds... kinda sad I know. I'll be checking back to hear how it goes and to see some pics and vids. Laters Joel |
